NCA Goals
Simle middle school has selected two improvement goals which will be our school's primary focus for the next three years.
These goals are:
School Climate: All students will demonstrate pride in their work.
Language Arts: All students will improve their ability to use grammatical and mechanical conventions in written sentences.

Student Led Conferences
Simle has adopted student led conferences to demonstrate that our students are taking pride in their work. Students and staff are trained in the development and implementation of having students lead the parent conferences. Surveys with students, parents, and staff will be completed during each conference period to measure growth toward this improvement goal. Our school will implement Project Success and Six Traits of Writing to improve our student's ability to use correct grammatical and mechanical conventions in their writing.
